"To me, I love the ripple effect you get with card making. You get to pour your love and attention into making the card, it travels through the mail, and that love and attention is seen and appreciated by the recipient.
I started my first blog, I Teach Stamping, in 2006 as a way to teach others this art that didn't live close to me. In 2009 I started official online classes through my membership site called Stamping Family.
That site has grown a lot since then and my favorite part is that members can share their own cards on the site and get love and comments from other members, expanding that ripple effect in another way, as we are able to use each other's ideas in our own card making.
For me, creating has always been a form of relaxation, and coloring has been a big part of that along the way. However, coloring became more of a stress point as markers became pricier and the refill process was a pain! Then I found OLO and it reignited my love of coloring. The frustrations I had with other markers are simply not an issue anymore."
